Accessibility statement
Maison Voyage is committed to making its website and booking service accessible to everyone, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act and French law (article 47 of law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005).
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the French accessibility standard RGAA 4.1 and the European standard EN 301 549 (WCAG 2.1 level AA).
Last assessment: [to be completed] (self-assessment).
What we have done
- Text and interface colours meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
- Everything, including the date picker and the booking form, can be used with a keyboard only, with a visible focus indicator.
- Pages have a logical heading structure, landmarks and a “skip to content” link; form fields have labels and error messages announced to screen readers.
- The site is available in five languages, with right-to-left layout in Arabic, and respects the “reduce motion” setting.
- No time limit prevents booking: the 15-minute hold can be renewed by sending a new code.
Known limitations
- Some decorative photographs have no text alternative because they convey no information.
- Legal pages are available in English and French only.
- An external audit has not yet been carried out.
